1) INITIAL APPLICATION:
Fill out our brief online application to begin the conversation! Once we receive your application, we will review your requested area and follow up with next steps!
3) FDD & QUALIFICATION:
If after the Discovery call, our goals are aligned, you’ll be invited to complete our next step!
You will receive our FDD and begin the financial qualification process.
5) MEET THE FOUNDER:
Set up a call with the founder to learn more about North-End Market, our vision and the business. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and get to know each other. The leadership team will discuss your background, territory and qualifications to make a territory decision.
2) DISCOVERY CALL:
This is a great time for us to get to know each other. You will get to speak with our Franchise Development team about this opportunity and learn more about North-End Market and being a potential partner.
4) VISIT A LOCATION:
While reviewing our FDD information, it is a great time to visit an North-End Market location, take a class and meet some of our franchise partners. This will help you learn what it is like being part of the North-End Market family!
6) FRANCHISE APPROVAL:
Once all of the necessary steps have been taken and approved, you will be awarded a territory! You’ll receive steps to set up your official signing day with North-End Market!

Once you have been awarded a territory, our team rallies around you and helps you complete the necessary steps to open
your own boutique DIY workshop in your community.
LOCATION SELECTION:
Our team helps you select the optimal location based on your site search, market and preferences. We pair our knowledge of what makes a successful location to assist with negotiation steps, space layouts and build out planning.
START TRAINING:
We will schedule your Training at our flagship store with other franchise partners from around the country. We will combine virtual and in-person training to cover all aspects of your DIY business.
GRAND OPENING PLANING:
Follow our training and guidance to prepare and market for your big day! PR combined with marketing and event planning will help to ensure your grand opening sets you off to a great start.
