How Long Will It Last? 2–8 weeks depending on hair type, texture, and how well you follow the care tips below.

Washing & Brushing

• Be gentle around the jewelry when shampooing

• Use fingertips (not nails) near the piece

• Brush from ends up to avoid snagging

• Air dry when possible, or use low heat

What To Avoid

• Heavy oils or serums directly on the jewelry

• Excessive pulling or twisting

• High heat from flat irons/curling wands near the attachment

• Chlorine (pools) and saltwater

Sleeping in Style A loose braid or low bun at bedtime keeps it secure and snag-free.

 

When You’re Ready to Remove or Adjust It

Please don’t pull or cut your chain yourself. Visit us at any of our three Michigan locations—Howell, Milford, or Clarkston—and we’ll safely remove it free of charge.

Need it adjusted or reset? We’ll be happy to adjust and reattach your chain for $15.
