DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
A $25 deposit is REQUIRED to secure your appointment. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. The $25 deposit will be applied toward your purchase at checkout.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for ALL cancellations or appointment changes.
Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the complete forfeiture of the $25 deposit.
LATE ARRIVALS: Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will automatically forfeit the full $25 deposit. Depending on availability, your appointment may also need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
NO-SHOWS WILL AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT THE FULL $25 DEPOSIT.
Deposits forfeited due to a late arrival, late cancellation, appointment change, or no-show will not be refunded, credited, or transferred to another appointment.

Choose your favorite chain and we’ll custom-fit it to your wrist or neck. The ends are safely welded together to create a seamless, clasp-free piece of jewelry.

The welding process takes only a few seconds and never touches your skin. There are no needles, piercings, or pain involved.

Your jewelry is designed to be worn during your everyday routine—including showering, sleeping, working out, and swimming.
✈️ TRAVEL & SECURITY
Permanent jewelry typically does not need to be removed for airport security. If you are required to remove it for a medical procedure or other reason, simply cut it at the welded connection point.

Don't pull or tear your jewelry. Visit us at any of our three Michigan locations—Howell, Milford, or Clarkston—and we'll safely remove it FREE.
Want to wear it again? We can adjust and reset your chain for $15.

Avoid pulling, stretching, or snagging your jewelry. Permanent jewelry is still delicate jewelry and can break if enough force is applied.
